Please be informed that AG Mortgage Bank Plc (''the Company'' or ''AG Mortgage”) has published the Notice of its 16th Annual General Meeting (AGM) which is scheduled to hold at Mambilla Hall, Nisa Wellness Retreat, 14, Tapeta Street British Village, Wuse 2, Abuja- Federal Capital Territory on Thursday, September 30, 2021 at 11:00am.

Further to the directive of the Federal Government (''FG'') on the restriction of social/public gatherings as a result of the COVID-19 pandemic, the company engaged the regulators on the AGM so as to ensure adherence to the regulatory framework while significantly reducing health hazards that could be aggravated by such gatherings.

In view of the above, we are pleased to inform you that the AGM will be hybrid to accommodate both physical and virtual attendees. Hence, the AGM will be streamed live to enable shareholders who cannot attend physically to follow the proceedings of the meeting. Shareholders who wish to appoint proxies to represent them at the meeting can do so, as the Company will be bound by the Federal Government's directive on the maximum number of people permitted in a social/public gathering.

Please note that the provisions on quorum for the meeting have been carefully considered with the above measures, as a quorum can be formed either by physical attendance or by proxy.

Shareholders who wish to appoint proxies are expected to send soft copies of their duly executed forms to CardinalStone Registrars via email at registrars@cardinalstone.com, not less than 48 hours before September 30, 2021.
